Every trip on this site is hauled by Jim Lepke Sr. on his own 10-car carrier, under USDOT 2987183 and MC 17232. That is why the process is short: there is one person planning the route, one person loading the vehicle, and one person handing you the keys at the other end.
Availability depends on the active route and open carrier space, so the first conversation is always about fit — your vehicle, your two locations and your timing against the trip Jim is actually running.

Talk to Jim
Share the vehicle, locations, and timing. Jim confirms whether the trip fits his equipment and route.

Meet your driver
Jim inspects the vehicle with you and safely loads it onto his carrier. Condition is recorded on the bill of lading before the wheels turn.

Stay connected
You have direct contact during transit without a call center between you and the truck.

Direct delivery
Jim arranges a safe meeting point, unloads, and completes the final inspection with you.
Before pickup
Wash the vehicle so existing marks show clearly, leave roughly a quarter tank of fuel, remove toll transponders, and take out loose belongings. Tell Jim about leaks, alarms, aftermarket suspension, low clearance or a battery that needs a minute.
If a 10-car carrier cannot safely reach the address — narrow streets, low branches, tight gates, posted truck limits — Jim will suggest a nearby lot instead. Nearby pickup or delivery may be arranged when it keeps the truck on the practical corridor.
At delivery
Walk the vehicle with Jim in good light, compare it against the loading notes on the bill of lading, and start it before you sign. The bill of lading is the record of the vehicle's condition at both ends of the trip, and it is the document that matters if anything needs to be addressed.
Transit time depends on the exact route, stops, weather, traffic, construction, federal driving-hour limits and when you can meet the truck, so Jim gives you a realistic window rather than a promised date.
